  I was visiting from the Netherlands and cracked my glass so this was the closet place to our hotel. He had many good reviews so I went here and replaced my glass but now it is much worst. Do not use this place. *** Update: Thanks for your bs respond Sebastian. The only one writing fake reviews is YOU. Everything everyone said about you is right. I tried to give you the benefit of the doubt, but you ARE a liar and a con artist. Why can't you just earn some real reviews? Is business so bad that you need to lie and decide people into your store with fake reviews? I'm not sending you anything though the mail- just do what's right and refunds me.

  This was the best experience with cellphone repair I've honestly ever had. My phone was dropped in water because I'm a clumsy idiot, and after leaving it off all night and hoping for the best it wouldn't respond to my charger anymore. I'm only in New Orleans for a couple nights and need access to my phone, so I looked up repair shops and found this one within walking distance. I went by and the shop has two counters, one for phone repair and one cashing checks and such. The person for phone repair wasn't there so I was going to go somewhere else, but the person at the other window actually called the repair tech for me and I spoke with him on their cell phone. He asked me what was wrong with my phone, what kind of phone it was, etc, and then told me I could go ahead and leave it with my name and contact info since he would be back soon, and he would do what he could with it and call me (on my moms phone) when he assessed the damage. I figured why not, it won't turn on anyways, I'll walk over and hang out in the French Quarter, hopefully it's not crazy expensive. Ended up only costing $60 for him to replace the charging port and fix my thumbprint sensor. He was VERY knowledgeable about the phone and it's working parts, and what he needed to do to repair it. My phone works perfectly now! From start to finish this was awesome service, and at a price less than half of what I assumed I would have to pay. I wish this shop was in Houston for the next time I'm clumsy with my phone! If your phone is giving you problems, TAKE IT HERE.

  At first I was reading all the reviews on this place and I was amazed how good they are and read the negative ones and couldn't find a content so probably its a lie or someone is jealous or losing money. My experience comes after I brought my iMac that my son spelled water on and stopped coming on. when I used to go to other places they charge money even without looking at it and they don't know what they doing. The guy whose always there he said if I couldn't fix your iMac why would I charge you a penny and I responded saying I will be you loyal customer. He called me after few days saying its fully fixed and its only going to cost $150 and he even gave me warranty on what he fixed. I really really admire your business ethics young man. Hope other places follow your steps and stop scamming people. also I will make sure to refer all my school colleagues to you

  I had an alert on my mac computer that would not allow me to access any functions on my computer. I was informed that I did not need the original disc that the mac computer came with and I was assisted immediately. Quick fix and excellent service.

  This place is the best!! I thought my phone was destroyed and Sebastian repaired it and completely saved the day. He's amazing. Prices are good too.
